Today we will stand before a judge and make our case as to why we believe that the condemnation suit the Airport Authority has filed against us interferes with our ministry as a church in Indiana.
This is a very important case. To the best of our attorney's knowledge, this type of case has never been ruled upon in Indiana, and maybe anywhere in the country. The last known case of this type was argued by our attorney on behalf of another church in South Bend, but it was settled out of court in favor of the church.
There is no precedent or case law that will make this easy. God's plan is the precedent.
